Company Overview

Platinum Paraplanning provide Paraplanning and Administration services to Partners of St. James’s Place.  We have combined industry experience of over 50 years in a variety of roles including Advising, Paraplanning and Compliance, 19 of these have been working exclusively with St. James’s Place Partners.

We understand that your time is best spent with your clients. Our business was formed to provide you with a reliable and trustworthy way to outsource many of the things that prevent you from doing so.

We have extensive knowledge of St. James’s Place systems and procedures and strive to deliver an excellent service to our clients with the best possible outcomes.  We are proud to say that our Quality of Documentation is amongst the best in the Partnership.

We will take the time to understand your requirements and ensure your Suitability Letters are personalised to your clients by undertaking a thorough handover prior to starting work on your case.

Our aim is to send your case back to you within 5 working days providing we have all the information required.  We understand that some of the frustration encountered when outsourcing is lack of communication therefore we promise that if we feel your case will be delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible. We will update you at least weekly with regard to the progress of your case and we will return your telephone calls or emails either the same or the next working day.
